Core Circuit on the Go
When you are traveling, it is easy to fall off the work out train and put a halt on your exercise routine. The best thing you can do is be consistent and try to implement quick and short workouts on your trip. That way when you return to the daily grind and are back at home, you can jump right back into your workout routine. Check out this short yet effective 9 minute core workout that can be done in a park, on the road, or in your hotel room.

Do each of the core exercises for 30 seconds. After finishing one, go straight into the next until you complete all 5 core exercises.
Take a 30 second rest before repeating the circuit again.
Repeat the circuit for a total of 3 times.
You should finish the workout in 9 minutes.
